Lani (she/her) was an M.Sc. student at Southeastern Louisiana University in the Department of Biological Sciences with Dr. Chris Murray. She studied the effects of light and density on the physiological stress response of the American alligator (Alligator mississippiensis) in aquaculture facilities. She is currently a Research Associate in the Center for Environmental Research at Southeastern while she explores Ph.D. opportunities.
