Mario (he/him) was an M.Sc. student at Southeastern Louisiana University in the Department of Biological Sciences with Dr. Eva Hillmann. He developed a long-term wetland monitoring framework through the integration of remote sensing techniques and ground-based data collection. He currently works in the Center for Environmental Research at Southeastern as a Research Associate.
